Can I change my Order?
Once an order is placed, we may allow changes to order if they have not been shipped. Please email us at sales@fajrnoor.com.au as quickly as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate an edit to the best of our ability. If your order is processed with the original address, we encourage you to get in touch with carrier through the tracking link provided.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to all major trading partners including United States, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand and Europe.
Some countries cannot be shipped to due to travel restrictions or limitations.
To check if we ship to your country, add items to your cart and head over to the checkout. Alternatively, you can contact us for extra information.
Why hasn't my order been shipped?
98% of our orders are shipped on time within 24 hours of your order being placed during business days. Please note orders with custom jewellery will take 30 business days as mentioned on the product page.
Orders are shipped during business days. Some orders can be delayed due high demand periods such as Ramadan, Eid, New Year or Christmas.
We ask that you practice the virtue of patience and check your junk / spam folder as tracking emails may come through there. If you still need an update, feel free to get in touch through our contact page.
My order is delayed, what can I do?
If you need your order quickly, we encourage you to get express shipping as this will give your order priority. "Tie the camel first and then trust in Allah"
The best thing you can do after you get express shipping is to have patience and have trust in Allah. We suggest keeping an eye on tracking and if it's outside the estimated delivery time, get in touch with the carrier via the tracking link or contact us.
Can I return items?
Yes, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery date.

When will items be restocked?

Missing item in Order?
We are sorry to hear this! Please contact us within 3 business days upon receiving your package and our team will investigate your order.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours during non-peak times.
Australia
Standard: 2 - 8 business days
Express: 1 - 2 business days
International
Standard: 5 - 10 business days
Express: 2 - 6 business days
Do I need to pay duties & taxes?
Duties & Taxes may apply for international orders outside of Australia. We will do our best to minimise these expenses.

Tracking shows it's delivered but I don't see it
Don’t panic!
We recommend taking a peek at your order confirmation to ensure that the shipping address looks correct and checking in with people at your place to make sure they didn’t accidentally snag your package.
If your package doesn’t arrive after 7 business days, please contact the carrier to file a claim. You can also contact us for assistance.
How long does for reply to an inquiry?
Majority of inquiries receive a response within 24 hours (Mon-Fri), however please allow up to 48 business hours during peak seasons & sales.
Ensure you check your spam folder and that you include your current email address. We cannot guarantee a response through social media.
