When will items be restocked?
Kindly sign up to our back in stock via the product page. We will send you an email once the item you are looking for becomes available.
Typically restocks take 2-4 weeks, some items will not be restocked.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to all major trading partners including United States, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand and Europe.
You can add items to your cart and head over to the checkout to see if we ship to your country.
Some countries cannot be shipped to due to travel restrictions or limitations. You can view delivery disruptions updates here.
How long does delivery take?
We don't like to keep you waiting, therefore your order is processed directly from our Australian warehouse within 24-48 hours after it being placed.
Note: Custom Orders take at least 3-5 weeks.
Orders received on weekdays before 7:00 AEST, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent on the following day. Weekend orders are scheduled for shipment on Mondays.
The estimated shipping duration as stated in the check out and on our shipping page from the day your order is dispatched.

Can I return items?
Do you need to return your purchase? We're here to assist you! You have upto 30 days from the date of delivery to make your decision.
Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax). You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. Please make sure to keep the proof of shipment until your order is return to our warehouse. We are not able to to cover any issue when you are not able to provide tracking.
Only Eligible items can be returned. Refer to our Return Policy for more info regarding item eligibility.
Can I make an exchange?
Currently, we do not offer exchanges on orders from any country.
We only offer on eligible orders, a refund on the same payment that is used or a store credit that you can use to place another order.
How do I track my order?
We strive to process and ship orders promptly within 24-48 hours of placement.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive email with tracking information. Simply use the the provided tracking details to track your package through Australia Post Website
How can I get in touch with Customer Support?
Our support team is based in Australia. The team's hours of service are Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 3 PM AEST (excluding holidays). We have limited support available on the weekends.

Majority of inquiries receive a response within 24 hours (excluding weekdays), however please allow up to 48 business hours during peak seasons & sales.

Can I change my Order?
Once an order is placed, we do not allow changes to orders.
If your order is processed with incorrect address, we encourage you to get in touch to support through the tracking link provided. There maybe an option for redirection available.

We are sorry to hear this! Please contact us within 3 business days upon receiving your package and our team will investigate your order.
Do I need to pay duties & taxes?
Duties & Taxes may apply for international orders outside of Australia. We will do our best to minimise these expenses. Please check your local customs website for further details.
