Refund policy
Important
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items below unless item is faulty:
- Sale or Custom items
- Headwear items - Hijabs, Caps, Khimars etc
- Lifestyle items - Books, Perfumes & Stickers etc
If you claim one of our free products / bundles, but the free product is not included in the returned package then we will deduct the amount of the free product from the refund. If you wish for a full refund, please ensure to provide a full return of all products.
Returns
Return Eligibility
- Request made in 30 days of delivery date
- Item/s must be unused & in original packaging with tags
- Item/s must not have any body odour or marks
- No returns due to change of mind

- Receiving items will be inspected in 2-5 days
- If acceptable condition, store credit or refund issued
If item/s are found to have odour, makeup marks, missing tags they will be sent back at your expense. Deductions may be made for any missing or damaged packaging.
The original shipping charges are non-refundable and if your shipping fee was waived (thanks to free-shipping promotion), refund will exclude this amount.
Store Credit / Refunds
If the return of product(s) leads to the total value of the order being less than the 'Free Shipping' threshold, then Fajr Noor has the right to deduct shipping costs of the original order from the refund / credit amount.
As an example, if the total order value is $160, and the 'Free Shipping' threshold is $150, free shipping will be awarded. However, if $50 worth of goods are returned, then the total order value becomes $100, which is less than $150. An additional charge of $10 will be applied (as an example), leading to the total refund / credit amount to be $40 as opposed to $50 to cover shipping costs.
Donations / Tips are 100% not refundable and in the case that your order qualifies for a refund, please note that the tip portion of your transaction is not refundable.
Do you offer Free Returns?
No unless item is faulty or damaged or an incorrect item was sent. The cost of returning international orders are not covered.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer exchanges on orders from any country.
We only offer return on eligible orders, once approved you can place another order using the store credit or refund.
Wrong / Damaged Items
Please contact us immediately if the item/s is damaged or wrong, so that we can make it right. In either of these two instances, rest assured that Fajr Noor will cover the additional costs of postage or have a partial store credit issued.
