How long do Custom Necklaces take?
Custom Necklaces take at least 30 business days to be made ready. This excludes public holidays and weekends and it menstioned on the product page.
If it has been more than 30 business days since your order date, please send an inquiry stating your order number and we will be happy to update you.
In the meantime, make patience your best friend.
How long does it take to reply to an inquiry?
The majority of inquiries receive a response within 24 business hours (Mon-Fri), however please allow up to 48 business hours during peak seasons & sales. Ensure you check your junk / spam folder and that you include your current email address.
We cannot guarantee a response through social media, instead kindly submit a inquiry through the website.
Where is my Order Confirmation email?
Please check your junk, spam or promotional folder. It is most likely there.
Otherwise an incorrect email was provided and you will need to contact us
Can I change My Order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes to the items in your order.
If you see an error in your shipping address, please email us at admin@fajrnoor.com.au as quickly as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate an edit to the shipping address before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed.
If your order is processed with the original address, the carrier may allow the recipient to request a change before the package is out for delivery. We encourage you to get in touch with them!
Do you offer B2B Wholesale?
Yes, we do for some products.

When will items be restocked?
Allah knows best. We cannot predict the future. Delays can happen and things out of the blue can occur. Life is unpredictable at times.
So we are reluctant to give an ETA, we don't want to disappoint you.
Instead kindly sign up to our “back in stock notifications” via the product page.
We will send you an email once the item you are looking for becomes available.
Missing Item in Order?
We are sorry to hear this! Please contact us within 3 business days upon receiving your package and our team will investigate your order.
Do you have Afterpay / Zippay / Klarna?
Nope.
These payment options do not actually benefit businesses or our customers (in the long term) as they encourage negative financial behaviour.
And we would like to see our community thriving financially, so we have decided to not use any of these BNPL payment methods for the time being.

Shipping
Do you offer free shipping and returns?
For AU orders, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $150.
Express options are also available at checkout.
Returns are avaliable on most items, please see our return policy for all details.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship to all major trading partners including USA, CA, UK, NZ and the EU.
Some countries cannot be shipped to due to travel restrictions or shipping limitations.

How long will it take to get my orders?
Australia
Standard: 2 - 8 business days
Express: 1 - 2 business days
International
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-25 days.
Do I need to pay duties & taxes?
Duties & Taxes may apply for international orders outside of Australia.
We suggest checking your local customs / government website for further details.
Tracking shows it's delivered but I don't see it
Don’t panic! Have trust and tawakul in Allah instead.
We recommend taking a peek at your order confirmation to ensure that the shipping address looks correct and checking in with people at your place to make sure they didn’t accidentally snag your package.
If your package doesn’t arrive after 7 business days, please contact the carrier to file a claim. You can also contact us for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return items?
Not all items are eligible for a return.
Refer to our Return Policy for more information.
Can I exchange an abaya that doesn't fit me?
Due to high demand and low stock, we cannot offer direct exchanges.
Instead kindly submit a return request and once approved you are welcome to repurchase the preferred size.
My order doesn't qualify for a return, what can I do?
Please email us at admin@fajrnoor.com.au and we'll try our best to accomodate a return for you.
How quickly can I get my refund?
Returns are usually processed within 2-5 business days upon receiving.
We'll send you a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.
It then usually takes 1-2 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
