Where is my Confirmation Email?
Check your junk, spam or promotional folder. It is most likely there. Otherwise an incorrect email was provided and you will need to contact us
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to all major trading partners including United States, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand and Europe.
Some countries cannot be shipped to due to travel restrictions or limitations.
To check if we ship to your country, add items to your cart and head over to the checkout. Alternatively, you can contact us for extra information.
Can I change my Order?
Once an order is placed, we do not allow changes to orders.
If your order is processed with incorrect address, we encourage you to get in touch to support through the tracking link provided. There maybe an option for redirection available.
Why hasn't my order been shipped?
98% of our orders are shipped on time within 24 hours of your order being placed during business days.
Please note orders with custom jewellery will take 30 Days as mentioned on the product page.
Some orders can be delayed due high demand periods such as Ramadan or New Year.

My order is delayed, what can I do?
The best thing you can do after you get express shipping is practice patience and have trust in Allah. We suggest keeping an eye on tracking and if it's outside the estimated delivery time, get in touch with the carrier for an update.
Can I return items?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery date. Refer to our Refund Policy for more info.
When will items be restocked?
Kindly sign up to our back in stock via the product page. We will send you an email once the item you are looking for becomes available.
Missing item in Order?
We are sorry to hear this! Please contact us within 3 business days upon receiving your package and our team will investigate your order.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours during non-peak times.
Australia
Standard: 2 - 8 business days
Express: 1 - 2 business days
International
Standard: 5 - 10 business days
Express: 2 - 6 business days
Do I need to pay duties & taxes?
Duties & Taxes may apply for international orders outside of Australia. We will do our best to minimise these expenses. Please check your local customs website for further details.
Tracking shows it's delivered but I don't see it
Don’t panic!
We recommend taking a peek at your order confirmation to ensure that the shipping address is correct and checking in with people at your place to make sure they didn’t accidentally snag your package.
If your package doesn’t arrive after 3 business days, please contact the carrier to file a claim. You can also contact us for assistance.
How long for a reply to my inquiry?
Majority of inquiries receive a response within 24 hours (Mon-Fri), however please allow up to 48 business hours during peak seasons & sales.
