Absolutely loved it

I bought two personalised braclets as Christmas gifts, and after a month, one snapped and broke by itself. I tried to email the company for help to try and find a resolution/ replacement, and Sarah (who I was in contact with) was very unhelpful. She did not help me in the slightest, she would not do anything to help me resolve the issue.

I don't understand how a company will not help for a faulty product, especially since it snapped on its own in just a months time. I regret buying from here, it was a waste of my money and will never recommend this company to anyone. I am very disappointed in how the situation was handled. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Never again would I buy from here!
